Why We Are Well Known
About Sculptra
What It Is

How It Works
Sculptra stimulates the body’s natural collagen synthesis deep within the skin. As new collagen forms, it helps restore facial volume, smooth wrinkles, and improve overall skin texture for results that look natural and last longer.
What Areas Can Be Treated?
Sculptra is commonly used to treat: Cheeks and midface volume loss Temples, Jawline, Marionette lines (around the mouth), Nasolabial folds (smile lines).

The PLLA microparticles are injected below the skin in the target area.
Over days to weeks, the body gradually breaks down the microparticles.
As PLLA degrades, it induces a mild, controlled inflammatory response that stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen.
With new collagen, volume and skin firmness improve over time.
Timeline: You won’t see full results immediately. You may begin to notice improvement in 4–6 weeks, but optimal results often appear after several months.
Sessions: Many treatment plans include 2–4 sessions, spaced 4–6 (sometimes 6–8) weeks apart, depending on how much correction is needed.
Duration: Effects often last 1 to 2 years, though some providers report longer (up to ~3 years) in optimal cases.

The provider injects Sculptra using fine needles. The session may take ~30 to 45 minutes, depending on how many areas are treated.
After treatment
Immediate: mild swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising at injection sites are common and usually resolve in several days to a week.
Massage protocol: Many providers recommend massaging the treated area for about 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days to help distribute the product and minimize lump formation.

Watch for complications: If you develop persistent lumps, nodules, or prolonged pain, your provider should evaluate.
